The moon is a master at accepting change. He has no choice. With every passing day he is either closer to darkness or closer to light…depending on his mood. He doesn’t have to console himself with trite pacifiers such as “the only constant is change” or “time stops for no one.” he knows that his life cycle is beyond his control and he makes the best of it. In fact, he thrives in the face of change. I want to thrive in the face of change, too.

Organizational Change
